Finding Overlaps with the Intersection Operation

The overlapping area common to multiple shapes can be found using MPSuperShape's Intersection operation. First, select the shapes that you wish to use (red and cyan in this example):




Right click on the map to display the MPSuperShape popup menu. Select Intersection and MPSuperShape will find the common area covered by all of the selected shapes. For example, the above shapes will result in the following intersection:




Note: Shapes with shared edges will result in no intersecting shape(s) along the shared edge. This is because there is no actual overlap between the shapes.
